I discovered the strawberry JamFrakas last week and loved it. I was surprised yesterday to find two more flavors: Chocolate Chip and Peanut Butter. I have searched the web, but I found little information on these yummy and healthy snacks. I have found some sites that report that there are two other flavors that I have not found yet: Apple and Chocolate Banana. The JamFrakas Bars are very similar to LaraBars, but they are smaller, lower in calories, and have a little more crisp to them. I have loved the 3 flavors I have tried, but the Peanut Butter was the best. Since I haven’t seen these around the foodie blog world, I am assuming that they are not easy to find. I know how frustrated I was when I saw the PB LaraBars all over the blogs, but I could not find them….So, I wanted to give you all a chance to get your hands on these. I just found your blog and I see some similarities in our lifestyles! I have never heard of Jamfrakas, but they sound great!
In hopes of winning a yummy sample- a couple flavors I would love to see out there: dark chocolate-banana-peanut butter, raspberry brownie, caramel apple(like apples-caramel-nuts), or possibly pumpkin pie- yummmmmm!
I am a huge fan of LaraBars, but have not tried the JamFrakas yet. I can’t wait to try them and I’m making a Whole Foods run tomorrow. My dream flavor??? What about creme brulee or peanut butter/nutella swirl?

If I could have my pick of bar flavors, I would choose a "PB & Co." – it would have squares that would break off (like a chocolate bar), and each square would be a PB & Co. flavor – Dark Chocolate Dreams, Cinnamon Raisin, Mighty Maple, The Bees Knees…can you imagine?!?!
Hi Megan! I too love the Larbars and am lucky enough to find them in our co-op here! I love anything with chocolate and/or peanut butter, but I love fruit flavors too. Ha ha, guess I’m easy….

I would choose honey graham cashew drizzled with dark chocolate! Kind of random but a mix of my other favoirte bars. Yum.

pumpkin banana would be good too. We all love pumpkin banana oats in the blogging world…but it’s hard to find pumpkin flavored bars besides the Crunchy Kashi one which is more savory than sweet!

My ideal made up flavor would be some sort of PMS combo food like chocolate covered pretzels – to encourage me to have a healthy snack when I am craving something bad. Who knows, I might even get inspired to work out after eating it.

almond butter and banana
white chocolate mousse (you know, the flavor of frozen yogurt at tcby that is not vanilla but not really anything else either…and so very delicious!)
pumpkin latte (just like the wonderfully autumnal starbucks beverage, but in a crunchy, fiber-full, more thigh-friendly version)

I’d love to taste Pumpkin Coconut Dream.
Mine would have to be Mozart Chocolate. I fell in love with everything Mozart on my trips to Vienna. Supposedly Mozart’s favorite was marzipan. So anything with the name is made with marzipan – chocolates, croissants, gelato, coffees. I’m thinking a tasty marzipan filling covered in rich dark chocolate. May throw in some healthy stuff like oats for good measure.

okay so I just found your site when i googled “jamfrakas” because I SO want to try these bars and went to order them!! I am a little disapointed that I am a day late and the contest is already over I still wanted to comment and leave my dream flavor suggestions because I think it’s FUN!!
