Thank You and NYC Cupcake Thoughts
Thank you to everyone who voted for my team’s cake….your votes raised money for the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund and our team’s Fall For Me Cake WON!!!!!!!
Cupcakes and bakeries are a big business in NYC! If I had more days there, I would try every cupcake bakery in the city. If anyone wants to sponsor a Cupcake Tour of NYC…just let me know because I am game 
. Meghann and I stopped in Magnolia Bakery, and making a choice from all the delicious looking cupcakes proved to be extremely difficult.
I decided on the traditional vanilla decorated for Valentine’s and it was amazing!!! The cake and the icing were perfect!
On my last day in NYC, I decided to have cupcakes for lunch and visited Eleni’s in Chelsea Market.
I choose two mini vanilla cupcakes with buttercream icing and a side of George Clooney! All the sweet treats were delicious!
Oh man…now I am craving cupcakes! I may have to bake up a batch and hope they come close to tasting like the treats I had in NYC 
Those cupcakes look incredible. I want to eat that chocolate icing through the screen. Congrats on your cake winning, girl!

Looks like u had a fabbbb time in NY!! I went to an awesome cupcake shop in Chicago this weekend, omg i must go to NYC and do the cupcake tour ;D

Oh wow! I looked back at a couple of your posts and it looks like you had quite an adventure. New York is full of them, right?! Every time I go… the city casts its spell on me–no complaints though! That cupcake bakery at the Chelsea Market brings back fond memories of my last visit there. I got to go exploring. Did you get to go to Crumbs?? I heard that’s an excellent cupcake bakery.

We definitely have great cupcakes here in NYC! My husband adores cupcakes, I really like them but they’re not my favorite type of dessert. It was his bday last week so I brought him home a cupcake and of course since I was there got one for myself
I’ve never had Eleni’s before. I’m usually too tempted by the Fat Witch brownies in the Chelsea Market!!
