I promised you all a list of the actual items used to decorate the Sushi cake and here is the list directly from Rashele, who decorated this amazing cake!

” I used: Swedish fish, shredded coconut, fruit rollups, fondant (for the bowl), and the sauce was cornstarch, water and brown food coloring. Oh, and real chopsticks. ”

This Sushi Cake was the creation of my friend Rashele, who also made this Pirate Cake. I love the creative way she used a variety of food items to decorate this cake including coconut, Swedish fish, and fruit roll-ups.
