I absolutely loved making this cake for my friend Holly’s daughter! The cake is triple chocolate fudge flavored. I created the cake image from the party invitation. I especially love the the silver dust that is all over the cake and border. I wish it showed up more in the picture so you could see it!

I am LOVING creating the cake images now that I have my own printer! Last night, a mother placed an order for a Ninjago cake image, and told me that I was totally making her son’s birthday with the image! That made me smile!! That is exactly why I like doing this….because I love to hear that it brought smiles to someone else

I have been patiently waiting to share this announcement since Christmas!! Thanks to a very special someone, I received an AMAZING Christmas gift….A CAKE IMAGE PRINTER!!!! I have been decorating cakes for awhile now, but I have always ordered the images. I can now create my own images and can create images for all of those who have inquired about them. I am planning on creating an ebay store and a etsy shop. I will also be creating a page here on my blog where orders can be placed for cake and cupcake images. I love creating cakes with fun images, and I am looking forward to creating images so other people can have fun creating cakes with the images too. Below are just a few of the cakes that I have created with the frosting images.

If you had to pick an image now for your next birthday cake….What would it be?

This cake was created for Jasmine’s birthday. She is a Tangled lover and had a Tangled themed party! I absolutely fell in love with this cake! I loved how the purple and blue colors ended up working so well together, and I loved how the image had a magical feel. Disney always does that for me. I just hope the cake was as magical for the birthday girl as it was for me to make it. The cake was half golden vanilla and half triple chocolate fudge with buttercream icing. I have to admit that I still have not seen Tangled all the way through. That might just have to be added to my To Do list.

My latest cupcake request was from Sally for her daughter’s birthday! She said any mermaid would do, but I couldn’t resist the Little Mermaid. The pictures don’t do the purple justice, but I love the purple and blue color combination. The cupcakes were triple chocolate fudge flavored and were frosted with buttercream icing. I will let the rest of the pictures of this sweet girl and adorable smile tell the rest of the story….

And that smile is why I love to decorate cakes
