Today is Day One of the Holy Yum! Award Party! Cait of Cait’s Plate nominated this Brown Sugar Apple Cheesecake from eat me,delicious. I am loving the crust on this cheesecake! It is made with crushed gingersnaps, brown sugar, and cinnamon. The filling looks AMAZING too! You can’t go wrong with a blend of sweet apples, cream cheese, cinnamon, and brown sugar. All I can say is HOLY YUM!
