Peppermint Bark is one of my favorite parts of the Holiday season. I love to mix it into my traditional cookie mixes. Check out these fun Holiday Barks from Two Peas and Their Pod. I love the one that combines sprinkles, mini M&Ms, and pretzels…so festive. Now I am pondering some other fun combinations! I think it would be fun to do a white chocolate and mint Oreo mix. What fun Holiday Bark have you made? What other mix-ins do you think would be good?

Now this is the way to enjoy bananas! I found these Banana Boats on Stephanie Im’s wonderful blog Lick My Spoon. These banana treats are great for summer days when you fire up the grill. The ease of preparation is amazing. Simply, slit the banana open lengthwise, fill with your favorite toppings, place on foiled lined grill, close grill and heat until all toppings are melted, and ENJOY! Does it get an easier than this?!?! My mind is swirling with topping ideas…chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, toffee chips, coconut, cinnamon chips….I bet the kids would love sprinkles on top. Of course, some ice cream or whip cream might be good additions once the bananas come off the grill.

Cait from Cait’s Plate and her sister made these scrumptious Banana Crunch Muffins and Tops. These are not just plain banana muffins! They are kicked up with the crunch of granola! Cait suggests putting granola, walnuts, or coconut on top!

I think I would choose more granola for my topping. What about you? What topping would you pick?

This Cookie “No Dough” Ice Cream is from The Kitchy Kitchen, and was nominated for a Holy Yum! Award by Lindsay of Whim and Waffles. It looks like it has those yummy cookie dough pieces in it, but Claire brilliantly came up with a way to create the taste of the dough with brown sugar and butter!

I wouldn’t mind a taste of this rich caramel sweetness right now! Doesn’t it look scrumptious!

Milky Way Bars are one of my favorites, and I love the idea of brownies packed with the chocolate, caramel, and nougat goodness. Can you imagine how good these brownies would taste fresh out of the oven? YUM!
