I'll pretty much try anything, but I really enjoy spicy tuna and spider rolls. Brazil has the largest pop of Japanese outside of Japan so we are living it up with the awesome sushi at South American prices. First I wouldn't do any raw fish, but I've slowly evolved to loving salmon sashimi. I think hot philadelphia is my favorite though. Thanks for the details on the cake! I never even THOUGHT of sushi before I met my husband - I only like the cooked rolls - except I have tried and love something called a Happy Avo - its diced raw sushimi tuna, in an avocado drizzled with balsamic - amazing!
