My sister is at it again…making AMAZING cupcake creations. Check out these surf board cupcakes. I have tried to convince her to start her own blog, but until then I will continue to feature her creations. As for me, I am headed to Minneapolis tomorrow to the General Mills/Betty Crocker facilities for a Baking with Betty event. I am excited about the dinner cruise on Monday night, and meeting the other bloggers….especially Marla of Family Fresh Cooking, who I have been chatting with since we both found out we are attending. Tuesday will be filled with baking workshops and a trip to the Mall of Americas. I will keep you updated on all my travel adventures. Hopefully everyone had a great weekend.
