Best-selling author and food expert Lisa Lillien, AKA Hungry Girl, has given her “seal of approval” to the new Fiber One yogurt, a nonfat yogurt with 50 calories and 5 grams of fiber (20 percent of the Recommended Daily Value). It is also a good source of calcium and vitamins A and D, and has only 4 grams of sugar. I sampled the Key Lime flavor topped with some graham cracker crumbs. It turned out to be a delicious and creamy Summer treat. Fiber One is available in other flavors including, Strawberry, Peach, and Vanilla.

I like yogurt on its own. Rarely will I add fruit or granola – I think it masks the flavor too much. A really good yogurt is able to stand alone.

Pretty sure I have eaten yogurt for breakfast every day for the past year…. well, almost.
Yoplait –> Yoplait Light –> Light and Fit –> Chobani –>Oikos –> Trader Joes Greek…. that was pretty much the progression.
My go-to mix: Vanilla or Lemon yogurt with 1/4 cup GoLean Crunch, frozen blueberries, some kind of in-season fruit, slivered almonds and flax………. HEAVEN!!
