Check out these Milky Way Brownies from recipegirl.com. They were nominated by Barbara @ Barbara Bakes for the Holy Yum! Award, and they are totally deserving. Milky Way Bars are one of my favorites, and I love the idea of brownies packed with the chocolate, caramel, and nougat goodness. Can you imagine how good these brownies would taste fresh out of the oven? YUM!
