Tis the season of pumpkin! I found a Holy Yum! worthy pumpkin cake recipe a couple of days ago while searching for more pumpkin treats. Check out this amazing and easy to make Two Ingredient Pumpkin Cake with Apple Cider Glaze from Cathy @ Noble Pig. The actual cake is made using just a can of pumpkin and a box of cake mix! The glaze is just as easy. All you have to do is mix apple cider, powdered sugar, and pumpkin pie spice. I will definitely be making this heavenly pumpkin cake for many gatherings and parties during the upcoming holiday season.

A cider cake would be perfect for a fathers day cake or fathers birthday! What about pouring over chocolate to convert it into a Christmas cake?
