Today is Day One of the Holy Yum! Award Party! Cait of Cait’s Plate nominated this Brown Sugar Apple Cheesecake from eat me,delicious. I am loving the crust on this cheesecake! It is made with crushed gingersnaps, brown sugar, and cinnamon. The filling looks AMAZING too! You can’t go wrong with a blend of sweet apples, cream cheese, cinnamon, and brown sugar. All I can say is HOLY YUM!

Megan, this cheesecake looks amazing. Next to chocolate, apples are my most favorite thing to use in pastry. The chunks of apples together with that delicious crust are a foodie delight.
