Holy Yum! Cookie Dough Pie

Anything that involves cookie dough is considered Holy Yum! in my book. Robin Sue @ Big Red Kitchen made this magical Cookie Dough Pie. This pie recipe is magical for two reasons. The first reason is the simplicity of the recipe. It only calls for 3 ingredients: Chips Ahoy cookies, Cool Whip, and milk. The second reason is the way that the cookie dough taste is created…by dipping the cookies in milk! The cookies are then layered with Cool Whip and the pie is frozen. Too bad this pie is not magical enough to spontaneously appear on my plate right now, because I am definitely craving a piece!

Hope everyone has a relaxing Labor Day. What are your plans?
