Healthy Frosting!

by megan on November 7, 2008

I found this frosting at Target and I jumped at the chance to try it! I topped the Pineapple cake with it last night. My husband was a little skeptical, but he loved it! It had a wonderful sweet vanilla flavor and spread on the cake smoothly! This frosting is all natural with no trans fat. It is also nut free, dairy free, gluten free, peanut free, and egg free. Go to CherryBrook Kitchen and check out their other products. I was so impressed with the taste of this icing that I am going to try some of their baking mixes soon.

Man, I wish we had Target up here. I didn’t see on the site if their products were available in Canada.

No, trans fat? I will be buying some. My kids love frosting out of the can (silly, right?) and all the other brands have all that trans fat. Thanks!

Here, we can’t buy frosting in store ;-P!

Cheers and have a nice weekend,

Rosa
