I have since made the recipe three more times at the request of extended family and friends. I even added a half cup of wheat germ to attempt bumping up the nutrition content. It changed the texture only slightly... made it a little more dry but the cookie was still delicious. Thanks for sharing. This one will be a favorite in our house for a long time to come.
