Do you have food trucks in your area? I see them all the time in Dallas, but have never stopped to buy anything. This past week, we decided to do dinner “food truck style.” We looked on the Dallas Food Trucks Map to see where a group of trucks was located for the evening.
What I loved about the food trucks is the novel offerings they had. Check out the Nutter Butter Tots above!!!
This was the slider menu from The Butcher’s Son. We ordered the Mac n Beefy, and it did not disappoint one bit.
We ordered the regular tots and the lime seasoned ones. The lime ones had 10 times more flavor!! The slider was AMAZING. You can’t go wrong when you put a block of mac and cheese on top of beef.
I thought Ssahm BBQ was going to be American barbecue, but it was Korean barbecue.

The chicken was a wonderful contrast to the bacon wrapped hot dog. It was extremely flavorful and SPICY! It had quite a kick!
Of course, dessert could not be turned down. There was an ice cream sandwich truck, but cupcakes could not be resisted.
