you’ve inspired me to make some chili. i’ve made one chili recipe since veganism and it was okay- a little too sweet. i’ve never heard of polenta in chili but it sounds great. good luck!!

I love chili! I haven’t made it in a while, so I’m planning to make cincinnati style chili next week.
I’m a sucker for venison chili! Only problem is you need to have a friend who hunts to make it haha (sorry to all the veggie/ vegans reading this!!)
I am with Stephchows, but this recipe sounds great. My veggie chili won in a cook off years ago, and I think you have a chance with this one!
