Cherries Jubilee Cheesecake Bars
2009 July 27
I have always loved brand name recipes on the back of boxes and cans! Did you know that there is a site dedicated completely to back of the box recipes? I just found the Back of the Box recipe site recently, and I love it! I discovered this cheesecake bar recipe on the back of a Betty Crocker cake mix box while browsing in the baking aisle at Super Target. Now this is not the healthiest recipe by any means, but it is definitely easy and delicious. It only has three steps and requires very few ingredients. I can’t wait to surprise the girls at work with this fun pink treat!

I love the pink color — great for a baby shower or girl’s birthday party. I be they taste great. Back of the box recipes are almost always good.
Ya know you motivated me to check out the back of baking goods a little bit more. There’s bound to be some real gold on flour mixes, chocolate packages, etc. We just don’t read them all the time.
I love the color of these bars, Veggie Girl said it best, it looks like like those strawberry shortcake bars on a stick
These cheesecake bars are such a nice idea for get-togethers.
