If you want your house to smell like a bakery, whip up a batch of these banana caramel oat bars. I love candles with fresh baked scents, and there should definitely be a candle made that captures the carmelized banana smell of these bars! It is incredible! These oat bars are easy to make, and they got rave reviews from all the girls at work today. I have a feeling that these caramel banana treats will be requested for the next office party!

All you have to say (or type) is “caramel,” and I’m automatically sold on the treat :-D

Mmm…banana and caramel. What a great combo. Seems like it would go together so well yet I haven’t seen it before. Sounds great!

Megan, I made these last night and they were so yummy! I had to make a few adjustments though. Couldn’t find a banana cake mix, so I sliced up fresh banana and made a layer, then put the caramel…YUM! I also add some cinnamon and vanilla to the mix :) Thanks for a great recipe!
